Before xmas 2003, I went to CMU to visit Dr. Nancy Pollard and helped her with capturing some hand motion. The following picture is taken when we were capturing joint angles of the grasp of a baseball using Vicon Motion System.
I don't know the name of the device/toy that we're using here. But we were able to (not very accurately) capture the amount of forces exerted from various parts of the hand.
